01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FatChai — the online gaming platform designed for Filipino players who want a fair, exciting, and secure place to play. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FatChai website, mobile platform, and all related services available atfatchai.app.

By creating an account or using any part of the FatChai platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with FatChai. 02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open a FatChai account and enjoy the games, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of FatChai or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not already have an existing FatChai account.Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid contact number. FatChai reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or equivalent) at any time, especially before processing withdrawals.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

FatChai supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all commonly used across the Philippines:

• E-Walets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfers: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit)

All transactions on FatChai are processed inPhilippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary per payment method and are displayed at the cashier screen before you confirm any transaction.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. FatChai does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, and the maximum single withdrawal is ₱500,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

FatChai may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests if the account is flaged for unusual activity, pending verification, or if there are active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

FatChai regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and other promotions to both new and existing players. All promos are subject to their own specific terms, but the following general rules apply across the board:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (also called rollover or turnover). You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the winings can be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute100% while live casino games may contribute 20%.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• FatChai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform players in advance.
• Claiming multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

05 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

FatChai is committed to offering a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. Here's how we make sure of that:

• All games on FatChai use certifiedRandom Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are completely random and cannot be manipulated.
• Live casino and sabong streams are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to independent oversight.
• Bets placed are final once confirmed. FatChai does not accept cancellations after a bet is submitted, except in cases of technical error or clear system fault.
• In the event of a disputed game result, FatChai's decision — based on game logs and server records — is final and binding.
• FatChai reserves the right to void bets placed using eroneous odds or pricing resulting from system glitches or human error.

06 Responsible Gaming

FatChai provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FatChai and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game.
• Money laundering or using FatChai to process funds from illegal activities.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Abusing bonuses through multi-accounting, bonus-hunting schemes, or coordinated exploitation.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with FatChai's systems or software.
• Registering or allowing minors (under 21) to use your account.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after using the corresponding funds on the platform.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the FatChai platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of FatChai or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the FatChai platform without prior written consent.

The FatChai brand name, logo, and related marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FatChai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the FatChai platform;
• Technical errors, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account by a third party;
• Any losses incurred as a result of gaming outcomes on the platform.

FatChai's total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your FatChai account at the time of the incident.

10 Privacy & Data

FatChai collects and processes personal data in accordance with theRepublic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The types of data we collect include registration information, transaction history, gameplay activity, device information, and communication records.

We use this data to verify your identity, process transactions, improve our services, and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

FatChai reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Ongoing regulatory or legal investigation;
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, FatChai may withold funds in the account pending investigation. If the account is found to be in violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. In cases of termination not related to misconduct, remaining verified balances will be returned to the account holder through a verified payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your FatChai account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures will not be processed while there are pending bets or active bonus wagering requirements.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of FatChai shall first be addressed through our internal customer support team.

If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The parties agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13 Changes to These Terms

FatChai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect — unless the update is required for immediate legal or regulatory compliance.

Continued use of the FatChai platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
